Estrela Guesthouse

Amazing location, near lots of great restaurants, parks, and sites. We enjoyed our 5 days at Estrella Guesthouse. Rooms were very clean and spacious with a small balcony outside. The kitchen has all the appliances you need and everything was high quality (coffee machine, fridge, stove, washing machine, dish washer, microwave, etc.)The rooms were cleaned daily and new coffee pods were available. You can also do your laundry and hang your clothes outside. There are 3 different codes you have to use, but the instructions were clear. We didn’t have any issues accessing the place. Would highly recommend for solo travelers, groups, and couples. Will definitely book again if I visit Lisbon!

This place was very clean ! At first we were worried about finding the place, but easily did. The codes were easy to figure out too, and self check in made it easy. We booked the double room with a private bathroom since we did not want to share, and honestly it felt like our own hotel room. Was extremely clean and modern, and such comfortable beds ! We were so impressed with the comfort of the beds and the modernity of the room itself. There was also a very cute little balcony, which was nice for some fresh air. The 28 bus passes by closely, so we were able to get transportation. There was no option for do not disturb housekeeping signs in the rooms which could’ve been improved for privacy reasons. If you are in the area, we reccomend restaurant pastanaga, a few minutes walk.

Beautifull place on perfect location. Very nice hotel with a good central location. On walking distance of the historical centre and nice shops. We arrived late at night and check in was easy and smooth. Good service with a nice and clean room. Also close to one of the best coffeeplaces with the best pasteis de nata. We spent 3 nights here and enjoyed our visit. Estrela Guesthouse has a great, central location. The bed was comfortable. The air conditioning worked very well!! The shower had plenty of water pressure and hot water. There is nothing we didn’t like. Very comfortable stay, great location! I realy would recommend this place to everybody.

Good location, well connected to the central areas (tram 28) and with a gorgeous park nearby. We stayed for 2 nights in a room with private bathroom, it was clean and the bed very comfy. There was a very enjoyable balcony shared with other rooms. The shower cabinet floor had some stains that didn't go away. The cabinet doors were sort of broken but still usable. The curtain ropes (to fix their height) were slightly inconvenient to use because the support piece got off the wall. There was also a kitchen which I assume we could have used if we wanted. Free nespresso coffee pods (2 ristretto, 2 ristretto deca) that were refilled on the second day of our stay when the cleaning lady came to do the bed. Quality/price could be better but would stay here again.

The accommodation is beautiful and very lovingly designed. Nevertheless, we also had the same problem; that it was loud. Everyone makes an effort to be quiet, but you can hear every person going in and out of the apartment entrance. Our room was between two bathrooms and the kitchen. So we always noticed when someone was showering. My idea is to provide guests with free earplugs. It helps the guests! The neighborhood is wonderful.

Our stay at Estrella Guesthouse was very good. During the morning a very sweet cleaning lady comes who is helpful. This lady cleans your room every day and gives you new towels. The room is spacious and air conditioned. Our room also adjoined a balcony. The house has a fitted kitchen with washing machine, which was very convenient, you can wash if needed! Furthermore, the location is well located if necessary you can take the tram. However, we walked almost everything. I can definitely recommend this stay, Thanks!
